A viewer's written impression — not a buyer review or first-hand record
This polychrome bodhisattva in white rides a green dragon-like beast. A white veil hood falls over a red-and-gold crown; the eyes are lowered in a smile, and layered robes of white are set off by a golden necklace strung with red beads and a pale blue sash at the waist. The right hand lightly holds a sprig of green willow, the left cradles a small white vase at the knee, and one foot rests on a pink lotus at the saddle's edge. Below, the mount rears its dragon head high — golden antlers, worked scales, fangs just showing, and a tail tipped with orange flame — bearing a brown saddle cloth rich with gilt ornament. Behind the figure, a golden ring halo bordered with vermilion flames opens into soft pink clouds, all on a vermilion cloud-carved plinth. White against azure-green, the piece joins tenderness with quiet authority — pure and solemn in a shrine, a calming presence in a hall.
