A viewer's written impression — not a buyer review or first-hand record
This polychrome Buddha sits in full lotus wearing a robe of plain white. His curled hair is deep blue; his face and bared right shoulder are warm gold, his eyes lowered in quiet sitting, a small golden swastika at his chest. His hands rest gently overlapped in his lap, cradling a small object between the palms above his crossed legs. The white robe drapes diagonally from the left shoulder, its surface opening into large round blooms — golden hearts, blue-green petals and fine green sprigs scattered in easy rhythm — its edges traced with thin gold lines. The two-tiered lotus throne below echoes its companion pieces: an upper ring of blue-grey petals outlined in gold, each centred with a red lotus, over a spread of orange petals. The unstained white sets off the warmth of the golden face — pure and unadorned, it suits a quiet room of devotion, or serves as a calm patch of stillness within a space.
