A viewer's written impression — not a buyer review or first-hand record
This polychrome goddess sits enthroned on a deep-red dragon chair. A golden phoenix crown with hanging bead strands frames a composed face; her right hand grips a golden dragon-headed staff that rises above her head, and her left palm rests on her knee holding a pink peach. Her dress is layered splendour: a vermilion shoulder cape with gold patterning over a teal-blue robe, round floral medallions at chest, belly and knees, hems turning into waves and clouds, a golden sash at the waist. Necklaces and a ruyi lock are stacked at her breast — emblems of fortune and long life. Behind her the throne back rises in a crowd of carved dragons, a small lion at each armrest. Bright in colour and auspicious in every detail, she suits enshrinement, or display as a vessel of good wishes.
