A viewer's written impression — not a buyer review or first-hand record
This polychrome bodhisattva sits at ease on a rock seat, wearing a bright yellow floral robe and dark flowered trousers, a white sacred cord crossing his chest. The right hand forms a gesture at the chest while the left rests on the knee, and beside it stands a white vase from which a willow sprig rises. One foot rests on a higher stone and the other steps onto a lotus floating on blue waves, where a dragon's head emerges from the water at the lower left. Behind is a plain tall rock, and below a long carved rectangular plinth in wood tones — every line is relaxed. Rich in colour yet unforced, it suits display by a window or on a home altar — sit before it long enough and the air around it feels quieter.
